You must use Sanmarris services lawfully, responsibly and in accordance with the Agreement. You are responsible for content and activity carried out through your accounts and for ensuring authorised users understand these requirements.
2. Prohibited activity
You must not use the Service to facilitate unlawful activity; infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights; distribute malware; conduct unauthorised security testing; evade access or usage controls; send unlawful spam; impersonate others deceptively; harass or threaten people; intentionally disrupt systems; or upload content you do not have authority to process.
3. Sensitive and regulated uses
Do not use the Service for safety-critical, emergency-dispatch, medical, legal, financial or other regulated decision-making where failure could cause serious harm unless Sanmarris has expressly agreed in writing that the relevant Service is designed and contracted for that purpose. Customer is responsible for determining whether its intended use is subject to industry-specific requirements.
4. AI features
Where AI-assisted features are available, users must review outputs appropriately and must not treat generated content as automatically accurate or authoritative. AI features must not be used to make unlawful discriminatory decisions, generate unlawful content, bypass human oversight required by law, or submit data the Customer is not authorised to process.
5. Enforcement
Sanmarris may investigate suspected violations and may restrict or suspend activity where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, third parties or legal compliance. Where practical and appropriate, Sanmarris will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination under the Agreement.
6. Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse or security issues to security@sanmarris.com.
